Submit a Complaint

In our efforts to provide professional and courteous service to individuals who have become delinquent in repaying their debts and while striving to work towards keeping with our commitment to maintain high ethical standards, we have created a Complaint Resolution Program.

If a consumer has a complaint, it can be submitted on-line below. Once submitted, you will receive an email from Account Discovery Systems, LLC (ADS) acknowledging receipt of your compliant.

Submit Complaint

The compliant is forwarded to our Compliance Department, where the complaint is investigated internally. ADS will review all account and phone records as well as obtain a formal statement from the collection representative. Upon conclusion of our investigation, we will address the situation accordingly.

It is our intention to reach an amicable resolution to satisfy your grievance, answer any questions you may have, as well as bring about a mutually satisfactory repayment arrangement to settle your indebtedness.
